Processing Time

Because many items are custom-ordered from our partner vendors, please allow up to 7–10 business days for your order to process before shipping. Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays), as soon as products are available. During product launches, sales, or restocks, additional processing time may occur.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer—but we’ll help however we can. If your order is delayed, shows as delivered but isn’t, or arrives damaged, please contact us at monica@bedroombff.com within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery scan (or expected delivery) so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Bedroom BFF & Co is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

International Orders

We currently ship only within the United States, but hope to expand soon.

💕 Return & Refund Policy

Your safety and satisfaction are always our top priorities. Because our catalog includes intimate, personal-care, and body products, certain categories must be final sale for hygiene reasons.

Final Sale Items

For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

    • Lubricants, oils, creams, or lotions
    • Bath & body items
    • Sexual wellness devices, toys, or accessories
    • Any item that has been opened, used, or unsealed
    • Manufacturer Warranties

Many toys and devices include a manufacturer warranty. If you experience a defect within the warranty period, please contact us at monica@bedroombff.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We’ll gladly help you navigate the manufacturer’s warranty or replacement process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email monica@bedroombff.com with your order number, photos, and details so we can make it right—through a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

In-Home Party Purchases & Hostess Rewards

Orders placed through in-home parties are final once submitted. Party hostesses earn free and discounted products based on total party sales, so cancellations or full refunds would reduce those rewards and are not permitted once orders are finalized. If an issue arises with a product, please reach out — we’ll handle it individually and fairly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Because many products are ordered directly from vendors, cancellations may not be possible once placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

Gift cards, sale items, and promotional bundles are final sale.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene and product-safety regulations, we do not offer exchanges.
